Presentation

    Arad Local Centre "Phoenix" is an organisation in O.N.C.R. - National Organisation of Romanian Scouts which is affiliated to World Organisation of Scout Movement, O.M.M.S.

    ONCR's purpose is to educate young people through attractive programmes (games in nature, escalads, rapel, orientation, environmental, social and cultural actions, hikes.)

    Our mission is to contribute to youth education through a value system based on THE LAW AND THE PROMISE OF THE SCOUT, to help to the creation of a better world where people are fulfilled and act in a constructive manner in society.
